Particularly good and perfect location, shopping area, very close to shops, restaurants and the famous Tivoli Gardens, Tivoli and the railway station and Tivoli Gardens, central station and the main shopping precinct and parks. An exceptionally comfortable bed and a decent sized and functional room overall.

Central location, brilliantly helpful staff with duty manager.

The continental breakfast had a good choice of options for all tastes. The location was marvellous and ideal, for example, a bus stop was close to the venue. This hotel was set in a superb area.

Overall - exceptionally comfortable and absolutely fabulous place with accommodating staff on the reception desk. Marvellous location and astonishing breakfast with all bread which ruled bread out due to allergy. Located minutes away from a bus station.

The location was great and perfect in a modern area, not far from train stations, both Central and Vesterport railway station and which is an area with lots of nice restaurants. Comprehensive and enjoyable breakfast, appreciated the place where it was.

The room was neat and practical with glass bathroom doors located right next to the bed when upgraded. The vibe here was family!

We were given a standard family room with nice view upon arrival. The service was great, including an efficient check-in.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was a bit slow.

The hotel provided a comprehensive and wonderful breakfast with amazing view, delicious options plus the lactose free milk.

Wi-Fi was a bit slow; messy breakfast, made me a little nervous.

It was a fairly nice stay for 1 night. The staff were amazingly nice and pleasant, and we could use wake up service and ironing free of charge. In overall the room was neat and with many chips, a sofa bed and a fantastic view.

Overall it was a good stay during meetings organized in the hotel with buffet and meeting room. The staff were extremely friendly and a comprehensive and free breakfast was provided. The food at the in-house restaurant was outstanding. We greatly enjoyed this stay.

Well-organized and good quality place all in all, has very efficient staff on the reception desk. The hotel is in the central location close to station. Furthermore, it's close to the center, Nyhavn and the leading restaurant district in Copenhagen.

All of the staff members were outstandingly accommodating and incredibly nice. The room they gave us was compact and silent with a very nice view over the lakes, a kettle and the beds are pushed together. Underfloor heating and a shampoo were a plus.

Had an excellent stay by two additional nights, everything was perfect. Very central location of this very nice business hotel was a bonus. They offered silent and compact rooms with a kettle, larger bed, as for instance. All the personnel was exceptionally nice.

The room was well-equipped and brand-new and the view across the lake was incredible. The continental breakfast offered a huge variety of food, something for everyone's taste. Its location in Copenhagen was comfortable, right by shops, restaurants and the famous Tivoli Gardens, the train + subway stations so simple to get to from airport, easy walking distance to the city centre + attractions including the planetarium right on the hotels doorstep and public transport.

The total stay was very very good for 3 nights. Stunning central location very close to the less touristy areas as well as Copenhagens popular attractions. Plus, The National Museum of Denmark was within a close distance from the hotel. The breakfast was assorted, decently priced and basically on all bread which ruled bread out due to allergy.

The location is perfect and exceptionally nice, 1 km from a 19th - century amusement park. The rooms are beautifully maintained and they have a work desk, satellite TV, and a sitting area.

The restaurant was perfect for dinner here, I had freshly cooked dishes.

Luxury, inviting rooms and amazing location. Nice interior design, exceptionally comfortable beds. Location very close to the Town Hall square, an old canal and many activities including ho on. Again, not far from a class amusement park.

Thank you for a real good stay. This popular, perfectly clean property has large continental breakfasts and exceptionally helpful staff. The airport is 10 km away, easy to get to. The location is stunning, the room is functional & great-sized. It has modern interior design and magnificent view over the lake and the planetarium.

A decent size and functional rooms with the shower, a large sofabed, a very fantastic view of Copenhagen and astonishing breakfast.

Everything is superb here, had a really good stay during our 14-day Scandinavian vacation. The room is compact and silent, it comes with larger bed, a bath and a nice view. The location is easy, and the staff is well-trained and responsive. The in-house restaurant in the hotel is good, has delicious dishes.

The place was clean with a courteous and kind staff on the reception desk. We had a sensational continental breakfast with plenty of meals.

Lots of supplies in the room: an electronic key card, a work desk and a TV with cable channels.

The location was marvellous, not too far from a world-class amusement park. The room was tidy and with a pleasant view to the lake.

The breakfast was incredible, with variety of food options. It was in a central location, next to the lakes. Besides, we were just next door to many sights, the downtown of Copenhagen and central train station and Tivoli Gardens.

The breakfast was marvellous and assorted with amazing view of the city, delicious options, asian vegetarian, liked what was offered. The location was marvellous and top, just a short walk away from The National Museum of Denmark. Actually everything was perfect, my next choice again in Copenhagen.

Had a very good stay for a quick visit. We stayed in the standard twin room for the children too and enjoyed it. The hotel was set in a central area adjacent to central Copenhagen.

It was perfectly clean and the staff were top-class, beds were comfortable. It had central location close to Tycho Brahe Planetarium.

Neat and silent room, had a really nice stay for a weekend. Exceptionally comfortable bed and clean facilities. The location unbeatable and stunning next to the lakes. Based just next door to city center, the train station, the Grill restaurant...

overall it was silent with aircon. the stuff where affable and courteous, overall. the location was peaceful, close to tycho brahe planetarium.

The room seemed a little small.

Only 10 min walk to downtown. Hotel's food was excellent and there is Ristorante L'appetito close by. We had double beds and we all slept well. Fantastic base for short break, felt like home.
