Well-designed and compact room and fine bathroom with shower facilities, a hair dryer, and bath robes. Very convenient area, great location, near Copenhagen in wintertime, restaurant options, and the Town Hall.

I greatly enjoyed this fabulous place, stayed there for 3 nights. The booked room was fancy and panoramic with view over tivoli gardens. The location was very central and adjacent to a cinema and a theatre. It had an amazing restaurant for breakfast.

The hotel was comfortable and incredibly beautiful in general, had polite staff at reception desk. The room was huge and spotlessly clean, had stylish private bathroom. The food from the gourmet restaurant was healthy.

Absolutely kind staff with excellent service, updated double room. Good hot and savoury breakfast with a good choice of fresh foods.

The hotel was in a very central setting near to many shopping location. Besides, we were short walk to the main central rail station for trains to-and-from the airport and a smaller station for city travel, and Copenhagen for the Christmas Markets.

The location was incredible opposite of the famous Tivoli amusement park. The staff were incredible and pleasant hole time of my stay.

The staff were all excellent co-operating, efficient. It was based in very beautiful building in a marvellous and stunning location, in the newly refurbished eating area.

Particularly good and perfect location near to many shopping location, all was perfect. Moreover, the hotel was 10 minutes drive from Saint Anne's Well. Views of town were magnificent, the room was generous sized and stylish. My bathroom was exceptionally clean, greatly enjoyed it.

It was as expected, had a very nice stay of 3 nights. The property was clean with fantastic friendly staff. The location was great and lovely, to all interesting areas from shopping to the lakes to Trivoli, convenient to go everywhere.

We thoroughly enjoyed the very central location and how fairly clean the place was kept. A collection king room with an exceptional view of town, had requested this in advance. It included really nice restaurant for breakfast.

The units are airy, neat. Exceptionally kind and outstandingly accommodating staff at reception desk, everything is exceptional. The location is fantastic and great, close to the central station.

The room was huge and impeccably clean with a paroramic magnificient view over Tivoli Garden and minimalist Danish style plus the enormous TV and the breakfast was super. It was very handy to have coffee & tea making machines and glassware.

Thoroughly enjoyed our very nice stay of 3 nights. The location was marvellous and fab, within easy walking distance of a famed pedestrian street. We also went to city centre, located not very far from the hotel.

There were tea and coffee making equipment, and glassware in the recently renovated and large room. Bed was very comfy. The hotel was set in a very central area short walk to so many shops, bars and restaurants, including fast food like McDonald's and Burger King, the center of Copenhagen, and Next to bars of meat packing.

So small bathroom, and the breakfast was cold.

There was good hot and savoury breakfasts with outstanding, options for all tastes, top views over the city.

We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 4 nights, nonetheless everything was perfect. Our room was newly remodelled and large and provided with the bedroom, air conditioning, for instance as expected. The location was particularly good and the train station was close to the hotel. We ordered lunch at China Palace Restaurant, located close to the venue. They served excellent food in the lobby for breakfast.

Booked double room with a double bed as requested. The hotel was in a wonderful location so close to airport and attractions, Tivoli Gardens and city center and 5 bus stops that cover all the major attractions.

This was my amazing stay for a business trip. Everything was excellent, particularly pleasant staff, lovely views over the gardens and the city. The venue was in a very central location near to a cafe for breakfast, Tivoli and the street and the central train station. A wide range of delicious food, I liked it.

Enjoyed how stylish and luxurious the property was. We lived in the collection queen room with a great view, 2 separate beds, for instance. Awesome location and overall the staff was gentle and amicable.

The location is marvellous, 1 km from a 12th-century castle. Plus it's set in the central area. The room is updated and fancy and has a stylish bathroom.

Loved my wonderful stay because of vacation. Booked collection twin room, that included a laptop-size safe, a minibar and central heating. Every member of the staff was attentive and accommodating. The marvellous location was close to Circus Building. It also was in the city centre.

Everything was amazing, so were pleasant views of the Tivoli gardens. The room we booked was airy, newly renovated with an extremely comfy bed. The location was marvellous and fab next to trainstation, you may take train on Vesterport train station within 20 minutes walk from here. There was a gourmet restaurant nearby.

Our room had a fantastic view of the park. Close to the central station, it makes every part of Copenhagen easily accessible. Emmerys is set 1000 feet away from the property. Hotel was ideally located and had the best prices.
