Pleasant stay with excellent service and amazing breakfast, no complaints. Attentive staff, enjoyable breakfast, amazing location just off many shops, bars and restaurants, Tivoli and central train station and other tasks were n't complete-nothing major. Modern and neat room, with a nice balcony, luggage storage, and a coffee maker. Perfect view, good bar - everything was really good.

The staff are particularly helpful and the room was neat with good facilities.

There were exceptionally comfortable beds and luggage storage, a coffeemaker, and a kettle inside the room. This nice budget hotel offered us perfect views and scenery. The venue was in a central location not far from the railway station as well as Helsingor and Frederiksburg Castle.

Really enjoyed how upgraded the property was and its exceptional staff at reception desk. The accommodation had a central location in the centre. Moreover, it was right by many shops, bars and restaurants as well as several tourist points of interests: Palace, Trivoli, Planetarium.

The venue was upgraded, I really enjoyed the stay and the location was magnificent right by main railway station and Tivoli park, Tivoli Gardens park and Stroget shopping street and many pubs. The room was not only new-fashioned, but spotless too, and had luggage storage and a kettle. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the staff were polite people both at check-in and at check-out.

It was a pretty standard and cheerful hotel, next to the train station. I got upgraded to a new-fashioned room. A hairdryer, a shower cap and bath sheets were very handy: )

By and large, it was good base for sightseeing in Copenhagen, had much fun. They had a quick check-in. The hotel has unbeatable and best possible location just off the central station, Tivoli gardens, and Copenhagen trainstation.

It was real good stay, I didn't want to leave and would stay there again. Everything was fine, the parking was nearby, the room was neat. The breakfast had a lot of delicious food and drinks. Bed & pillows were comfortable, I slept well. The location was stunning and brilliant, within walking distance of The Wall. The property was set in a historic area.

In short, the room was impressive, comfy bed, huge bathroom. The staff was efficient and attentive and everything was perfect. Its location within walking distance of a historical museum was perfect.

Just a 10-minute stroll to the center. Liked dainties at Emmerys, it was around 4-6 minutes walk the hotel. Recommend this place to everyone.

Planned to see Copenhagen major attractions and it was superb base for visiting all of them.
